Casa Bella is a lovingly renovated Istrian stone house in the quiet village of Juršići between Fažana and Svetvinčenat: 75 m² over three floors for 2 guests plus a child and/or a dog, a paved terrace shaded by a fig tree and a large balcony for warm evenings.
The sea is about 10 km away, Vodnjan 8 km, Pula 17 km and Rovinj 26 km. Casa Bella has no pool – instead, it offers peace and quiet and genuine stone-house charm.

Juršići is a small, quiet village in the south of central Istria. Nearby is Svetvinčenat with its Renaissance main square and Morosini-Grimani Castle. A supermarket, a fruit stand, a café bar and a konoba serving Istrian specialities are within about 1 km.
Many of Istria's highlights lie within a radius of 20–30 km, including Pula with its amphitheatre, the harbour town of Fažana and Rovinj.
