This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., Nemal Tel Aviv St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel. When you access the website, Wix automatically processes data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page or file requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. These data are technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and proper operation of the website. Wix processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). The European Commission has recognised Israel as providing an adequate level of data protection; where Wix transfers data to other third countries such as the USA, Wix relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. 3. Visitor statistics by Wix, technically necessary storage, embedded booking calendar
We do not use any third-party advertising or tracking services. As our hosting provider, Wix records page views for visitor statistics that we can view in the Wix dashboard (e.g. number of visits, pages viewed, device type and approximate origin). For this purpose, Wix sets a session cookie (bSession, lifetime approx. 30 minutes). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing the website according to our visitors’ needs (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR); Wix acts on our behalf. To make the website and the enquiry form work, Wix also sets technically necessary cookies and stores a time-limited access token in your browser’s local storage; no consent is required for this (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Fonts and images are delivered via Wix’s servers. The availability calendar and the price calculator of ferienhausmiete.de are embedded on the pages of Villa Allegra, Villa Majuli and Casa Bella (on the English pages, the price calculator is loaded from tourist-paradise.com, the English portal of ferienhausmiete.de). When you open these pages, a connection to the servers of ferienhausmiete.de (or tourist-paradise.com) is established; your IP address, browser information and the date and time of access may be transmitted in the process. The processing serves to display availability and to handle booking inquiries. The privacy policy of ferienhausmiete.de also applies.
4. Contact by phone or email
If you call us or send us an email, we process your details in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your inquiry relates to a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (interest in answering inquiries). We delete the data when they are no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Contact and inquiry form
If you submit a form on this website, we process the details you enter (e.g. name, email address, phone number, your message and details of your request) in order to deal with your inquiry. Required fields are marked; all other details are voluntary. The details are transmitted via the form service Wix Forms of Wix.com Ltd., stored in our Wix account and forwarded to us by email. Wix acts on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR); for transfers to third countries, see “Hosting” above.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your inquiry relates to a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. This website contains simple links to other providers. No data are transmitted to these providers when you visit this website. Only when you click a link do you leave our website; the respective provider is responsible for the processing on the target page.
