Your hosts in Istria – near Poreč
Two houses. One passion. One feeling of home.
Istria is more than a holiday destination for us – it's a place where you immediately slow down.
Nestled among olive groves and vineyards, close to the coast around Poreč, we fulfilled our dream years ago: our own holiday home in the Višnjan / Vižinada area – Villa Allegra.
Over time, our family grew – and so did our desire for more space. That's how our second, larger holiday home came about: Villa Majuli.
Who we are – and how we rent
We are Angelika & Reiner from Königsbrunn near Augsburg, and whenever our holiday homes in Istria are free, we deliberately rent them out personally – and not through an agency.
For us, our holiday homes are not anonymous properties. We use them ourselves with our family.
Many of our guests return every year – and that is the greatest compliment for us. Families with dogs in particular, who want to enjoy their holiday in Istria, greatly appreciate our houses.

Looked after on site – and always available
We manage and market our holiday homes in Istria ourselves. On site, we work with experienced partners who:
- look after the pool & garden
- take care of the cleaning
During your stay, we are always available for you – easily also via WhatsApp – and are happy to give you personal tips in advance about beaches, restaurants and excursions around Poreč and Istria.

Our holiday homes have an official tourist licence and are properly taxed in Croatia.
The rental process is transparent and compliant with Croatian law: officially registered holiday rental, registration with the relevant tourism authority, payment of the tourist tax in accordance with legal requirements.
We place great value on honest communication, clear processes and personal support – from the first inquiry to your departure.
