Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles war makellos sauber und genauso, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Besonders der Pool und der Außenbereich haben uns begeistert – der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen.

Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am in all three houses.
Villa Allegra sleeps 4–5 (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), Villa Majuli 6–8 (3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom) and Casa Bella 2 guests, with room for a child as well.
Yes, up to 2 dogs are welcome at Villa Allegra and Villa Majuli (€50 per dog per stay). Both properties are completely fenced in. At Casa Bella, up to 5 dogs are welcome (€50 per dog per stay).
Yes, at both villas the private pool can be heated on request in spring and autumn (heat pump, €10 per day). Villa Majuli's pool is 10 m long. Casa Bella has no pool.
From Villa Majuli it is about 5 km to Poreč and about 6 km to the sea. Villa Allegra lies in the quiet countryside near Višnjan; Poreč and the beaches near Novigrad are an easy drive away. Casa Bella is about 10 km from the sea.
Travelling by car is best. Pula Airport is about 45 km from Villa Majuli, about 55 km from Villa Allegra and approx. 22 km from Casa Bella. You park right at the house: each villa has 2 parking spaces, and Villa Majuli also has a wallbox for electric cars.
Villa Allegra and Villa Majuli are our own houses, which we use ourselves with our family and rent out personally. Casa Bella is a partner house without a pool that we recommend. For dates, simply send us an inquiry.
For all our houses: Cancellation is free of charge up to 90 days before arrival; after that: 89–30 days before: 50 %, 29–14 days before: 75 %, from 13 days before arrival: 100 %.
For all our houses: The down payment is 30 % on booking; the balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. Payment by Bank transfer.
Yes. Our holiday homes have an official tourist licence, are properly taxed in Croatia, and the tourist tax is paid in accordance with legal requirements.
